Of course! Each box comes with a note to your recipient. When you check out, include your message in the box that says "Card Details / Delivery Instructions". If you place the order and forget to add it, just send us an email with your note request and we'll add it for you. Or you can leave the box blank and we will leave the card for you to fill out - don't worry, it will be on the outside of the box so you don't have to unwrap the gift!
All gifts are handmade to order and our normal processing time is 1-2 business days from time of order placed. Local Delivery' will be delivered the same day or 24-48hrs after purchase. Shipped items should arrive 5-7 business days from date of purchase (often sooner in BC), or the next day if that option is chosen.

In accordance with the BC Liquor Control Act, we are permitted to ship gift baskets and boxes containing alcohol to recipients who are 19 years of age or older in British Columbia. All alcoholic beverages are purchased directly from the BC Liquor Store at the time of the order, as we are not licensed to store alcohol on our premises.

*When shipping gift baskets, we can't guarantee they will look exactly the same upon arrival as when they leave the shop. We pack them carefully with 'Handle with Care' and 'Keep Upright' stickers, but delivery handling is out of our control. If anything is damaged during delivery, we will gladly replace it.

Holiday Shipping Notice
During the holiday season, shipping times may vary. To ensure your gift arrives before December 25th, please place your order by December 12th.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, it may also be placed on the front, provided our courier considers the area safe. If no one is available and it is not safe to leave the gift, it will be returned to our office and additional charges may apply to resend.
For apartment deliveries, we may contact the recipient in advance to confirm that someone is available to accept the gift.
Please ensure the recipient’s address is accurate at the time of purchase. If the address provided is incorrect and a delivery attempt has already been made, a second delivery charge may apply.
If an incorrect address is provided, if your recipient has moved, the parcel was refused at the door, or was not picked up, your box will be returned to our studio. If your gift is deemed undeliverable, we will contact the number or email address provided at the time of order.
Additional fees will apply to have your gift returned to our studio and shipped back out with a new shipping label. To avoid unnecessary fees, it is very important that you confirm and provide the correct address(es) for your recipient(s) when placing your order.
If we are unable to contact the individual who placed the order and cannot make arrangements within 30 days of the order being placed, we will consider the gift abandoned.
