CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY GIFT?
Of course you can. All items in the "Add On" sections can be added to the baskets / box. If you don't see a basket/box that suites your needs, please let us know and we'd be happy to work with you on creating the perfect gift. Email: fraservalleybasketco@gmail.com

CAN I ADD A PERSONAL NOTE?
Of course! Each box comes with a handwritten note to your recipient. When you check out, include your message in the box that says "Card Details / Delivery Instructions". If you place the order and forget to add it, just send us an email with your note request and we'll add it for you. Or you can leave the box blank and we will leave the card for you to fill out - don't worry, it will be on the outside of the box so you don't have to unwrap the gift!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?
All gifts are handmade to order and our normal processing time is 1-2 business days from time of order placed. Local Delivery' will be delivered 24-48hrs after purchase. Shipped items should arrive 7-10 business days from date of purchase.

CAN I PICK UP MY PACKAGE?
Yes, in Abbotsford! Please select "PICK UP" as the shipping method when you checkout. We will then contact you via email to arrange a pick up time from our studio in Abbotsford BC.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days. Please keep in mind that shipping companies can get backed up over the holidays, so our holiday shipping cut off is December 12. If you need your package sooner, please email us at fraservalleybasketco@gmail.com and we can arrange a faster option.

WHAT IF MY SHIPPMENT IF UNDELIVERABLE?
If an incorrect address is provided, if your recipient has moved, the parcel was refused at the door, or was not picked up, your box will be returned to our studio. If your gift is deemed undeliverable, we will contact the number or email address provided at the time of order.

Additional fees will apply to have your gift returned to our studio and shipped back out with a new shipping label. To avoid unnecessary fees, it is very important that you confirm and provide the correct address(es) for your recipient(s) when placing your order.

If we are unable to contact the individual who placed the order and cannot make arrangements within 30 days of the order being placed, we will consider the gift abandoned.

CAN I ADD CUSTOM BRANDING?
Yes, and this is the most affordable option for customization. We can change the ribbon color, remove our branding and add custom tags, seals, or notes to align with your brand. HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU REQUIRE FOR LARGE CORPORATE GIFTING?
For corporate gifting projects, we typically require a minimum of 1-2 months for up to 100 gifts, and 2-3 months for 100 or more gifts. We can accommodate shorter timelines in some instances depending on the products and materials sourced for your gifts.

Yes, we are happy to offer custom gift design services. wE will work with you one-on-one to bring your specific gift vision to life based on the occasion, budget, timeline, and items you would like to include. We will present you with mocked options and ensure that all details in your gift(s) are exactly as you intend!
RETURN POLICY?
All orders are final sale and non-refundable. At Fraser Valley Basket Co., we take great pride in making sure that your gift arrives exactly as you intended. If your order arrives and you are not satisfied, please contact us at fraservalleybasketco@gmail.com within 24 hours and we would be happy to work with you.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us! Rest assured that we do not sell or share your contact information with third parties. We may employ outside companies to perform functions on our behalf such as delivering orders, sending emails and processing credit card payments. However, they have access to only the personal information required to perform their duties.
