Absolutely. Each box includes a note for your recipient. When you check out, simply include your message in the "Card Details / Delivery Instructions" box and we will take care of the rest.

When will my order be ready and what are my delivery options?

All gifts are handmade to order. Our normal processing time is 1-2 business days. Local deliveries are typically completed within 24-48 hours of purchase, while shipped items across Canada usually arrive within 5-7 business days.

How much notice is required for large corporate gifting and custom branding?

For corporate gifting projects, we typically require a minimum of 1-2 months for up to 100 gifts, and 2-3 months for orders of 100 gifts or more. This ensures every artisanal detail is perfect.

What happens if the recipient isn't home or the shipment is undeliverable?

If the recipient is unavailable, our courier may leave the gift in a safe area at the front of the home. If no safe location is available, the gift will be returned to our office. Please note that additional charges may apply to resend returned items.
