WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?

All gifts are handmade to order and our normal processing time is 1-2 business days from time of order placed. Local Delivery will be delivered can often be done the same day of purchase or 24 hours after.

CAN I PICK UP MY PACKAGE?

Yes, in Abbotsford! Please select "PICK UP" as the shipping method when you checkout. We will then contact you via email to arrange a pick up time from our studio in Abbotsford BC.

  

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days (but often much quicker, especially within BC). If you need your package sooner, there is the next day option for those in the Lower Mainland of BC.  If you are not in the Lower Mainland, please call or email us at fraservalleybasketco@gmail.com and we can arrange a faster option.

*Due to the nature of shipping, Fraser Valley Gift Baskets cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, but we will try our best to get it there during the specified time.*

Please note that holiday shipping times will vary from normal shipping times across the Country. To ensure your package arrives prior to Dec 25th your gift should be shipped by Dec 12th.

Standard shipping in British Columbia - $15 

Standard shipping elsewhere in Canada - $25

 

Next Day Delivery:

Abbotsford - $15 (Can often be done the same day)

Chilliwack, Langley, Maple Ridge, Mission – $22

Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey, White Rock – $25

Delta, Hope, Richmond, Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver – $28
