All of our gift baskets and gift boxes are carefully assembled by hand to order. Our standard processing time is 1 to 2 business days from the time your order is placed.Local delivery orders are typically delivered the same day or within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the requested delivery date and order volume.Shipped orders generally arrive within 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase (often sooner within British Columbia). Next business day shipping is also available for eligible destinations.If you need your gift delivered by a specific date, please let us know when placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your requested delivery date whenever possible.

If the recipient isn't home at the time of delivery, our courier will determine whether it is safe to leave the gift in a secure location. If it is, the gift may be left at the door.If the courier determines that it isn't safe to leave the gift, it will be returned to our studio. In these cases, additional delivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.For apartment or condominium deliveries, we may contact the recipient in advance to ensure someone is available to receive the gift.To help avoid delivery delays, please double-check the recipient's address when placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and a delivery attempt has already been made, additional delivery charges may apply.For gifts shipped by courier, a tracking number will be emailed once your shipping label has been created so you can follow your shipment's progress.

If a gift cannot be delivered, such as when an incorrect address is provided, the recipient has moved, the delivery is refused, or a courier pickup is not completed, the gift will be returned to our studio.If this happens, we'll contact you using the email address or phone number provided with your order to discuss the next steps.Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to resend the gift. To help avoid unnecessary delays and fees, please ensure the recipient's name, address, and contact information are accurate when placing your order.If we're unable to reach you or make alternative arrangements within 30 days of your order being placed, the gift will be considered abandoned.

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout, with most shipments within British Columbia arriving in 2 to 5 business days.Same-Day Delivery Same-day delivery is available within Abbotsford. If you require same-day delivery outside Abbotsford, please contact us before placing your order.
